How to get a library card

How to get a library card:

Visit either the Carson City Public Library or the Crystal Community Library and complete a registration form to receive your library card.

Our service area includes:

  • Bloomer Township
  • Bushnell Township
  • City of Carson City
  • Crystal Township
  • Ferris Township
  • Fulton Township
  • New Haven Township
  • North Plains Township
  • North Shade Township

 

To obtain a virtual library card now, fill out the online form here. This virtual card gives you access to only digital items. Provide your Michigan drivers license / Michigan ID to verify you live within our service area. You will receive an email with your virtual card number.

 

Visit the Carson City Public Library or the Crystal Community Library to obtain a full service library card. With this card you will be able to check out hard copy books and other items.
